Shipping Policy
We ship across the whole of Europe. This policy explains our processing times, delivery times and shipping costs.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days) after the order is placed. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; they may vary depending on the destination, the carrier and circumstances outside our control (customs, weather, peak periods, etc.).
Shipping costs
- Spain: Free shipping.
- Italy: Free shipping.
- Rest of Europe: Flat rate of €22.
The exact shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before payment.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number (where available) so you can follow your parcel until delivery.
Delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at maxime.rugond@outlook.com and we will help you locate your parcel.
