Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your right to return items and how refunds are handled, in accordance with European Union consumer law.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at maxime.rugond@outlook.com with your order number before the 14-day period expires.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed;
  • In their original condition, with all tags attached;
  • In their original packaging.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been worn: underwear, swimwear and socks. Gift cards are also non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

How to return an item

  1. E-mail maxime.rugond@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will reply with the return instructions and return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back within 14 days of notifying us.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or colour, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you need help, contact us and we will assist you.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at maxime.rugond@outlook.com. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
